Brasilianisch essen ... im HBF...

man glaubst kaum aber es gibt im Bremer HBF doch tatsächlich nen Richtigen Brasilianer mit dääm guten Essen... also fangen wir mal an... ich hab zwar nich die allseits empfohlenen Käsebällchen (pao de queijo) oder so was in der richtung... also zu beginn gabs erst mal son schönen Caipirinha... so als in Richutng Apperetiv.. sieht dann so in etwa aus...:)
Dann gings an des Salatbuffet... ja was soll ich dazu sagen war nich soo viel besonderes da... ;) naja halt ein bisschen mehr Meeresfrüchte und son Zeuchs.. so Muscheln, Scumpies und der quark..
Dääm geil wurde es dann beim Hauptgang ... zur Erklärung wenn man das Buffet genommen hat kommen da dann immer die Kellner an den Tisch mit so Spießen und Platten und machen dir dann immer so ein bisschen Fleisch auf den Teller und dann Gemüse und Reis... Naja ein bisschen Fleisch wäre echt mal untertrieben... es gab ingesamt neun Fleischspieße ... davon hab ich so naja vieleicht sechs gegessen.. was gabs denn so an Fleisch... hmm.. also ich weiß noch... Rinderrippe, Schweinerippe, Knoblauchschinken, Kassler, Rinderhuf so wurst am Spieß, Mediumsteak vom Spieß, Lamm, Hünchen.... und und und ka was alles noch so... hier mal nen pic vom spieß... ;) Joa so gegen Ende gab es dann noch so gekochte Annanas und panierte Banane ... beides nicht ganz deutsch aber verdammt lecker ... vor allem die Annanas.. ...hmm iwie lass ich hier voll viel aus... ach ja... da waren noch so zwei Leutez mit Gitarren...;) die da die janze zeit gespielt ham.. war iwie geil.. ka hat so ne geile Stimmung gemacht... joa und zum Nachtisch gebs dann halt alles mögliche... ka was davon typisch Brasilianisch war.. obwohl doch ich glaube son komischer Caramel-Pudding... aber ka das war ... hab mich dann ausnahmweise mal an die Schwarzwälder rangemacht...;)... hmmm... joa fjeden sollte man da mal hingegangen sein lohnt sich ... ich kanns echt nur empfehlen... aber ab jetzt gilt erst mal bis Juli wieder GO.vegan!!!! ;) und da könnt ihr mich alle mal am Öker leggen^^ ich mach was ich will...:P

Dear Host Familiy,

I am really glad because I have the possibility to travel to Brazilia and to stay and live there for one year. There for I want to say thank you.
But who I am?
I am Manfred Raether and live with my familiy an my friends in a small city near to Bremen. The little city call Weyhe. My familiy are my parents, Eva-Maria and Wolfgang, my two brothers, Andreas and Johannes. They are 20 and 22 years old. In my sparetime I like to do something toghether with my friends but I do really much with boy scouts too. I particip boy scouts since eight years and for me it is more than a normal spartime activity. Additonal I play since one year tennis. On a normal weekday in the morning I go to school and in second half off day I go to my friends or we meet us to play football (soccer). In evening, after dinner I do something for school, homeworks etc.
Last year I had the possibility to do a partical course as a forest ranger. For me it is really imaginable to do later something in these direction. But now I go to the secondaray school at class 10. My favorits subjects at school are history, geographic, politics and sport. The first three do I like because I love it to learn something about the history and society of Germany and other countries. And PE (sports), I don’t know, I think every student like sports, because it is a subject were we can do something other as only sitting in the classroom.
I am someone, who am really open for everything and I like it to do new things. I take the most things with kumour but I can be really leisurley and considerate too. Sometimes, if something with boy scouts queue. I am a really powerfull student. Then I do really extrem things with my friends from boy scouts.
How I said in the beginning of these letter, I really glad that I have the possibility to travel for one year to Brasilia. And that I have the possibility to learn a new culter and a new language. I’ll go really happy if I stay for one year at you. I hope I love Brasilia so much how I love Germany ant that I found there new friends and stories for my life.

Back to my familiy, I and my parents have a normal- to good relationship, we understand us really good but sometimes we have our little conflicts like in every familiy. With my two brothers I understand me really good too but I don’t see them really often. At home everybody must do something in our household and garden. Sometimes I must clean up our citchen or other little things.
